Our clients contacted us while they were acquiring this property in Lavandou.
After visiting some of our realisations they really appreciated the quality of execution and entrusted us with the project of inferior restructuration of their villa and creation of a new swimming pool.
OUTSIDE
Our clients did not wish to change the outside appearance of the villa.
Only a few openings were repositioned or enlarged in order to create a brighter interior.
The facade colour was chosen by our clients themselves. The floors are made of Burgundy stone.
The swimming pool is situated slightly downstream in order to fit in with the morphology of the property. The swimming pool is equipped with multiple massage water streams and covered with glass mosaics of gradient blue colour sprinkled with white gold dust.
INDOOR AREAS
The interior of the villa was entirely redesigned arranging living spaces and master suite upstairs in order to fully benefit from the sea exposure.
Three other bedrooms and annexe rooms are situated on the garden level.
The ambience is modern and contemporary with some provencal overtones like enamelled lava stone and kitchen furniture.
In keeping with the terraces, the inside floors are also of Burgundy stone.

BUILDING PROJECT
The construction lasted for a year and a half and involved 27 companies.
WHAT WAS THERE BEFORE ?
A 1970s villa which was therefore renovated. A swimming-pool inconveniently set below the house was destroyed. A garage attached to the pool-house situated at the same level as swimming-pool, was hardly accessible by a very steep ramp and was destroyed.
